Abstract

To remain viable and thriving in today's global educational environment that requires increasingly high quality, higher education institutions must pay attention to the quality of the training process, particularly students' satisfaction. The study aims to identify and evaluate the factors affecting the students' satisfaction with the quality of training services at the University of Transport Technology (UTT) in Vietnam. The research findings will provide management implications for increasing student satisfaction. The research is anticipated to help develop a scientific basis that supports university administrations in developing suitable policies and management regimes to improve students' satisfaction with quality training services in Vietnam.
