Abstract

o Chi Minh City, as the nation's leading economic and financial hub, faces significant demands on its education system, particularly general education, due to its large population and high population density. The education sector must not only meet the learning needs of residents but also ensure a high-quality workforce to support the development of the City, the southern region, and the entire country. Based on the education law and practical demands, the City's primary objective in the coming period is to secure adequate resources for general education development. This includes mobilizing all possible funding sources and incorporating both state investment and social contributions to strengthen and expand educational opportunities. These efforts, if successful, will lead to a brighter future for education in Ho Chi Minh City.
