JSM invites experienced researchers and practitioners to serve as peer reviewers and contribute to the advancement of international scholarship in public administration and governance.

Reviewers play a critical role in improving manuscript quality, supporting editorial decision-making, and promoting research integrity.

Reviewer Qualifications

Prospective reviewers should normally meet the following criteria:

Hold a doctoral degree or equivalent academic qualification

Demonstrate expertise in one or more areas covered by the Journal

Have a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals

Be able to provide objective, timely, and constructive reviews

Have no conflicts of interest with manuscripts under review

Be committed to maintaining confidentiality throughout the review process

The Editorial Board may also invite experienced professionals and policymakers with recognized expertise to review manuscripts in specialized areas.
