The Journal of State Management (JSM) is committed to preserving the scholarly record and ensuring the long-term accessibility of all published content.

Digital preservation safeguards research outputs against technological change, data loss, and platform migration, thereby protecting the integrity and permanence of scholarly communication.

JSM continuously develops its digital preservation infrastructure in accordance with internationally recognized publishing standards.
Permanent Availability

All published articles remain permanently accessible through the Journal website and retain their original Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Each published article constitutes the Version of Record and remains available unless formally corrected or retracted in accordance with the Journal's publication policies.

Preservation Strategy

The Journal employs multiple approaches to preserve published content, including:

Secure storage on publisher-managed servers
Regular system backup and disaster recovery procedures
DOI-based persistent linking through Crossref
Metadata preservation in international scholarly infrastructure
Institutional repository deposit where applicable
Long-term digital preservation initiatives as they are implemented

As part of its internationalization strategy, JSM intends to participate in internationally recognized digital preservation services, including appropriate trusted archival solutions, to ensure the continued accessibility and integrity of its published content.
