Lessons learned from streamlining the state administrative apparatus in Vietnam from 1945 to the present

This article analyzes the formation, adjustment, and gradual streamlining of Vietnam’s state administrative apparatus from a historical perspective, in connection with the requirements of national construction, national defense, and the improvement of the Socialist Rule-of-Law State of Vietnam across different historical periods. Based on an overview of the development of the state administrative system, the article identifies key lessons learned from this process. It then examines the relevance of these historical lessons for the current period and proposes several solutions to further streamline the state administrative apparatus into a streamlined and robust structure characterized by greater performance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
